ChatGPT Work lets the $20 plan hand off whole tasks
ChatGPT Work came out in July on OpenAI's lowest paid plan, $20 a month. It is meant to finish multistep jobs on its own, and it can be given access to email, Slack and other apps.

Goldman says US call center jobs are 39% below trend
Goldman Sachs found jobs in call centers, software, consulting and advertising have fallen well below their usual trend, which it ties to AI tools that can do that work. Entry-level workers feel it most.
