OpenAI said its newest model goes first to a small cybersecurity group, then to ChatGPT Plus, Pro, Business and Enterprise in the coming days. OpenAI says it is better at multistep work and staying inside a task's limits.
Why it matters: If you pay for ChatGPT, the new model comes to your plan, but the free plan was not on the list.
