  • ChatGPT answers can include buttons, charts, and forms

OpenAI says ChatGPT is rolling out answers that can include buttons, charts, forms, and tools in the chat, starting October 7 on paid plans and October 8 on free and Go plans. It is in the Chat tab, and on Enterprise plans workplace admins control it.

Why it matters: If you draft quotes or customer replies in ChatGPT, those answers may now include buttons and charts, and the free plan gets that starting October 8.

  • Claude can edit Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides

Anthropic says a Claude add-on is in public beta on paid plans and can edit an open Google Doc, Sheet, or slide deck. By default it waits for approval, and on Team and Enterprise plans an owner has to turn on connectors before Claude edits those files from the chat.

Why it matters: If your quotes or invoices live in Google Docs or Sheets, Claude can edit the file on paid plans, and by default it waits for your approval.

  • Claude docs and slide decks leave beta on every plan

Anthropic says Docs, Slides, and Design are out of beta on every plan, including free, though on Enterprise plans they turn on by default October 15. Live dashboards are in beta on paid plans, and short animations are in beta on Team and Enterprise plans.

Why it matters: If you write quotes or job notes in Claude, documents and slide decks are on the free plan, and Enterprise plans turn them on by default on October 15.

It also says its Max package is now available to every residential in-home contractor, with a limited pilot for commercial and roofing.

Why it matters: If you schedule jobs in ServiceTitan, a customer using ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude may be able to book a participating contractor, with the visit written into ServiceTitan.

  • Aspire says Command Center reaches 100 landscapers first

Aspire says Command Center early access is limited to 100 customers, with wider availability expected early next year. Aspire says it is designed to let them ask questions in plain English and send email alerts for overdue invoices and eroding contract margins.

Why it matters: If you run a landscape crew on Aspire, this early access is limited to 100 customers, and wider availability is expected early next year.
