Claude Code
Claude Code now starts in auto mode unless you pick another
From September 28, Claude Code in the terminal and in VS Code starts in its auto mode when no other mode is set. Auto mode still asks before reading outside the folders it is working in, and a new answer allows one read and asks again next time.

Long background jobs in Claude Code now stop after a time limit
Since September 29, commands Claude Code runs in the background stop after a time limit: 30 minutes unless set otherwise, two hours at most. Claude is told when one is stopped, so a job that runs past its limit does not finish.

bb
bb can switch off every outside add-on in one step
A new safe mode stops every add-on that did not come with bb, then turns them back on when you leave it. That gives one switch to check whether an add-on is causing trouble.

Undoing an archive in bb within 30 seconds keeps work running
If you undo an archive within 30 seconds, work in progress now keeps running instead of stopping. Workspaces that bb already cleaned up can now be restored.
