Grok Bot
SpaceXAI (formerly xAI) helpers with their own computer that work while your laptop is closed. Needs a Cursor account.
- What it does
- Named AI helpers you hand real work to. They have their own computer in the cloud, sign in to the tools you use, work across apps and inboxes, and come back when something needs your okay.
- Who makes it
- SpaceXAI, formerly xAI. Accounts, billing, and terms run through Cursor, made by Anysphere, Inc.
- What it costs
- No separate plan: it comes with Cursor Pro ($20 a month), Pro+, Ultra, or Teams ($40 per person a month), or with a SuperGrok, SuperGrok Plus, SuperGrok Heavy, or X Premium+ account. Not with SuperGrok Lite. Each plan has a weekly allowance; extra use is billed through Cursor if you switch it on.
- Where your data goes
- Every Bot on your account shares one computer, with the same files and logins, and it runs in the US. Deleting a Bot can leave those logins behind. You can set “ask first” rules for sending, publishing, deleting, and buying. Training follows your Cursor privacy settings.

- SpaceXAI lists six steps, and says a first simple task can show a result in about five minutes.
- What you need first
- A Cursor account on a plan that includes it, on a Mac, Windows or Linux computer, iPhone, or Android phone.
- Where it stands
- New: in beta since August 11, 2026.
- Who it suits
Good fit if someone in the shop will set rules for what each Bot may do, and watch its work in the first weeks.
Not a fit if you’d have to give it the logins for your bank, job software, or customer email to be useful.
