- Not published. Chat answering is included on every plan; 24/7 call answering is a paid extra, bought through a self-serve sign-up or a call with sales.
- Where your data goes
- Call summaries, booking details, and customer info go into your Housecall Pro call log and calendar, and its terms let it record calls. Its terms also let Housecall Pro train its own AI on your data; no opt-out is described.
- Setup time
- Housecall Pro says you’re live in minutes. Its guide lists four things: call forwarding, settings, booking settings and price book, and service area.
- What you need first
- A Housecall Pro account, and your calls forwarded to a Housecall Pro number. English only for now; Spanish is coming.
- Where it stands
- Calls and chat are live. Texting is still in early testing, and Housecall Pro’s own pages disagree on whether booking is live yet.

Good fit if you already run the shop on Housecall Pro and miss calls after hours.
