- What it costs
- Its help pages list Pro at $19 a month paid yearly or $29 monthly, and Team at $234 or $349; the public pricing page shows only Enterprise, through sales. Each tool run counts as an action, and AI use comes out of monthly credits. No free plan for new sign-ups.
- Where your data goes
- Relevance says it doesn’t train on your data. You pick Australia, the US, or the EU and UK for storage at sign-up, and can’t change it later. For each connection, you choose whether a helper acts on its own or asks first.
- Setup time
- Relevance says under 5 minutes to build and test a first helper.
- What you need first
- An account, and someone willing to build and test each helper. Calling needs the Team plan.

- On sale now; its free plan is retired.
- Who it suits
Good fit if someone in the shop wants to build a custom helper and test it before customers see it.
Not a fit if you want something ready to use today without building it yourself.
