- An AI that answers your business phone 24/7, answers questions, and takes messages. The $49 plan texts callers a booking link; the $149 plan and up book straight onto Google Calendar, Calendly, Acuity, or Appointlet.

- What it costs
- $49 a month for 250 minutes, $149 for 1,000, or $299 for 2,000; about 17% less paid yearly. Go over your minutes and it moves you up to the next plan. Texting from your website is $50 a month more. No contract.
- Where your data goes
- Every call is recorded and transcribed. Rosie says recordings delete after 30 days. Its FAQ says it doesn’t use calls to train outside AI, but its terms let it train the AI in its service, including outside parts of it, on your calls and transcripts. On the booking plans, it books without asking you.
- Setup time
- Rosie says as little as 10 minutes to start, and about a minute to connect job software.
- What you need first
- A business line you can forward to a Rosie number, a card on file for the 7-day free trial, and callers in the US or Canada. It connects to Jobber and Housecall Pro to log each call, but doesn’t book into them.

- Rosie says more than 2,000 small businesses use it, and it has handled over 3.1 million calls.
- Who it suits
Good fit if you book from Google Calendar or Calendly and want calls answered after hours.
Not a fit if you need jobs booked straight into Jobber, Housecall Pro, or ServiceTitan.
