- By the receptionist minute: $250 a month for 50 minutes, $395 for 100, $720 for 200, $1,725 for 500. Each call rounds up to the next full minute. Extra minutes cost your plan’s overage rate, which isn’t published. No contract or setup fee.
- Where your data goes
- Calls may be recorded; recordings are kept up to 90 days, and your other data up to 24 months. Ruby’s AI helper is built only from what you give it and used only by its receptionists.

- Call forwarding, or a Ruby number you can keep. For businesses in the US, Canada, and the US Caribbean. It books into Calendly, Google Calendar, and other booking tools; Jobber, Housecall Pro, and ServiceTitan aren’t on its list.
