A visual way to connect your apps step by step, paid for in credits that each step uses up.
- What it does
- You lay out a job step by step on a screen, like “new form comes in, add a row to Google Sheets, send an email,” and Make runs it on a schedule. It also has an AI helper that builds these for you from plain words.
- Who makes it
- Celonis, Inc., whose US address on Make’s privacy notice is in New York.
- What it costs
- Free for up to 1,000 credits a month and two jobs at once. Paid plans start at $12 a month for 10,000 credits (Core). Make says paying for a year saves 15% or more. When credits run out, your jobs stop until you add more.
- Where your data goes
- You choose US or EU storage when you sign up, and can’t change it later. Jobs run on their schedule without asking you. Make says it doesn’t use your data to train the AI behind its builder helper.
- What you need first
- A Make account and a login for each app you connect. The AI builder helper is on paid plans, with a 30-day trial on Free.
- Where it stands
- The main product is long-running. The AI builder helper is in public beta, and the newer AI agent is in open beta.
- Who it suits
Good fit if a job repeats often and you, or someone you pay, will lay out the steps.
Not a fit if nobody in the shop will build the jobs and watch that they keep running.
