- What it costs
- Not published. All three packages (Starter, Essentials, and The Works) say “request pricing,” and the price is per technician. Its AI products show no price either.
- Where your data goes
- By default, ServiceTitan uses your data, including your customers’, to develop its products and AI; you can opt out under Settings, Titan Intelligence. Its outside AI companies may not train their own models on it. Its AI can send emails and texts and change records on its own.
- What you need first
- A sales demo; there’s no free trial on the page.
- Where it stands
- On sale to everyone. Its call-center AI is open only to early customers, and its office AI helper is marked coming soon.
- Who it suits
Good fit if you run a larger shop with several technicians and a dispatcher, and want everything in one system.
Not a fit if you’re a small crew that wants to see a price and start today without a sales call.
