Starts a fresh chat. Outside a project, the ghost icon at the top right starts an incognito chat. That chat stays out of your history and out of memory, and it is not used for training. Once you close it, you cannot open it again.
When you'd touch it: A customer's name, address, or a price you have not sent yet.
Shop tip: Use an incognito chat for a customer's details. Claude can still see your profile preferences in that chat.
