The ghost icon at the top right starts a Private Chat. That chat stays out of your history. Grok deletes it within 30 days, and it is not used to train the model.
When you'd touch it: A customer's name, address, or a price you have not sent yet.
Shop tip: Use a private chat for a customer's details. You cannot reopen it from your history.
