Five things never go in
Passwords, card and bank numbers, health details, payroll, and your full customer list. No setting makes these safe to paste.
Swap names for roles
“Maria Delgado at 14 Oak Street” becomes “a customer on the north side.” The draft comes back just as good, and you put the real details in when you send it.
Know who can see it
If people in the shop share one login, everyone can read every chat in the side list. Give each person their own account, or keep customer details out.
Switch off training
In Settings, find anything about training or improving the model, and switch it off. That keeps your chats out of future engines. It doesn’t make the five things safe.
