Most wrong answers about your business come from what the assistant couldn’t see.

  1. It only sees this chat

    The assistant works from what’s in front of it right now: your message, anything you pasted or attached, and the chat so far. People call that its context.

  2. A long chat loses the start

    Every assistant can only hold so much at once. In a very long chat, the earliest parts fade first, and those are often your instructions.

  3. New job, new chat

    Start a fresh chat for each customer or job. Otherwise details from the last one can slip into the next answer.

  4. Bring your facts every time

    Your prices, service area, hours, and how you like to sound. Paste a short note about your business at the top, or save it once in a project or in the assistant’s memory.
